Abstract

|
Extensive injuries of the lower extrimity including bone and soft tissue loss are usually confronted with a difficult reconstructive problem.
It is true that various trials have been done to solve this difficult problem but this problem has not been improved satisfactorily by conventional method.
In recent, Marked development of microsurgery has made a new field for solving in such a difficult problem.
